Every April 23rd, on Sant Jordi’s Day (St. George’s Day), people in Catalonia exchange roses and books in a celebration of love and culture.
Originally, the tradition involved men giving a rose to their loved one, while women would give a book in return. However, it has evolved over time—today, women also receive books, and flowers are gifted to mothers, daughters, friends, and even colleagues.
At Tics Design, we have created our own rose to celebrate this special day.
